✨Gong, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, shakers, harp, shruti box and bells, along with melodic and enchanting vocals, usher you through layers of frequency and vibration to a deep state of relaxation and self-awareness.

👉 Please bring a water bottle, blanket or chair, pillows for support, eye pillow, or anything you need to be comfortable for an hour or so. Bring layers in the event of cooler temperatures.
