Sound Bath & Meditation

Join us July 26th at 6pm!

Please join us for our first sound bath of the season and witness the beauty of these glorious lavender blooms.

Gong, Crystal & Tibetan Bowls, Drums, Shakers, Shruti Box & Bells along with Melodic & Enchanting Vocals, usher you through layers of frequency & vibration to a deep state of relaxation + self-awareness. We are looking forward to some amplification this time!

This year it’s RAIN or SHINE! The events tent will be set up so we are covered in the event of any inclement weather. And if it rains, it’s just another layer of sound to deepen this nourishing experience. It’s so special.

Please bring a water bottle, blanket or chair, pillows for support, eye pillow or anything you need to be comfortable for an hour or so. Bring blanket to cover with should temps be cool.
