Our Easy Booking Process

Initial Inquiry
Fill out our “Book Now” contact form, or contact Lavender Waves Farm via email to discuss event details.

Date Reservation
Once a conversation is had with our staff, we secure your camel experience date(s), with a deposit for half (50%) the total amount. This is required and is payable by check, cash, or credit card.

Final Payment
The full amount for the service must be paid 7 days before the event.

Cancellation Policy
Events can be canceled without cost up to 7 days prior. Weather-related cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the event without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event result in the forfeiture of the deposit or 50% of the event total.
