Gong, Crystal & Tibetan Bowls, Drums, Shakers, Harp, Shruti Box & Bells along with Melodic & Enchanting Vocals, usher you through layers of frequency & vibration to a deep state of relaxation + self-awareness. 

 

Please bring a water bottle, blanket or chair, pillows for support, eye pillow or anything you need to be comfortable for an hour or so. Bring blanket to cover with should temps be cool.
